Design Guidelines

Great prints start with great files. Follow these guidelines so your artwork comes out crisp, colour-accurate and true to your design — every time.

The essentials

• File format: PNG with a transparent background
• Resolution: 300 PPI (DPI) at the actual print size — low-res files print blurry or pixelated
• Colour: design in RGB; our software converts to the right print colours automatically
• Minimum text size: 10pt or larger, so it stays legible after printing and washing
• Maximum print area (DTG): up to 32 × 50 cm
